Dogs: You are responsible for the conduct and control of your own dog at all times. Please do not allow your dog to approach others without permission.

If your dog becomes anxious, barking, growling or in any way uncomfortable we will take immediate action to help them cope. This includes putting up visual barriers, or asking you to move them away to give them a break. We NEVER punish barking, growling etc – they are the only methods your dog has for communicating their discomfort.

Harsh handling, physical or emotional intimidation, choke or pinch collars, spray collars, electronic training collars or hand held spray devices will not be allowed on site and anyone who wishes to use such techniques will be asked to refrain or leave. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

Fees: Payment secures your session.

Cancellations by You: Cancellations received less than 7 days before the session, will not be entitled to a refund unless a legitimate reason is given (trainer discretion).

Cancellations by Us: In the event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or an IOU will be given.

Health & Safety: All attendees agree to abide by the health & safety instructions given by the organisers and by the venue.

Parking: We take no responsibility for damage/loss to cars. Guidance will be given on arrival on where to park.

Suppawt Dog Training collects and uses information to provide services and to meet the needs of our clients and has to comply with the Data Protection Act. If we are processing your information based on you giving us consent to do so, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Doing so may mean we are unable to provide the service you are hoping to receive and the implications of you giving or withdrawing your consent will be explained at the time.

Social Media: We are active users of social media including Facebook & Instagram. We take photos and videos on site and will share them. If you do not wish your images to be used please let us know at the time of booking.
