Steph
Dog Behaviour Consultant
I have always been into animals but my behaviour and training journey really took off when I rescued my borzoi 8 years ago. I underwent a degree for 4 years in Animal Welfare and Behaviour while volunteering at different zoos where I gained first-hand experience of training everything from big cats to bats. This gave me lots of valuable insight to the animal training world!
After university I started to work at one of the country’s leading animal charities as a dog carer, and then a dog specialist. Here I worked with hundreds of amazing rescue dogs with all kinds of behavioural quirks and training needs. I worked with some awesome people who helped further knowledge and skills. While working, I acquired a diploma in Canine Nutrition with the ISCP, as I believe this a key aspect to dog behaviour.

Lily
Founder and Behaviourist
My journey first started when studying a degree in Animal Behaviour. Alongside my studies I shadowed and began to teach at a local dog training club, learning loads of valuable skills and insight.
Following my achievement of a BSc Hons, I began working at the National Animal Welfare Trust, as the Dog Trainer and Behaviour Coordinator. This was an amazing role which taught me so much about not only rescue dogs but working effectively with people.
From here I began this company, specialising in the reactive and rescue dogs that other trainers didn't seem to be able to/want to help. To ensure my knowledge level I joined and was accessed by multiple organisations.

Clarissa
Dog Behaviour Consultant
My passion for dogs began around 6 years ago when I went to puppy training with my dog Lilly. Since then, I have worked for two of the country's leading animal charities, helping dogs with a wide range of behaviour problems which has been really rewarding! While working, I studied for an Advanced Diploma in Applied Canine Behaviour, learning about behavioural diagnostics involving assessing the cause of dog behavioural problems and creating individualised training plans.
I really enjoy working alongside owners to help dogs with reactivity problems and owners who have re-homed rescue dogs. My goal is to make training enjoyable and motivating for the dogs and their owners for successful results! I am available in the Royston area, leading group classes and 1 to 1 training sessions.
